The plugin has no way of knowing if those nodes might actually be useful harmonic information. The AI literally just applies one of 6 generic presets per instrument type and adjusts it to match a few resonant nodes. If it's about the AI the AI is hardly interesting, but the individual plugins are great. (It's kind of a PITA, but it will do it.) Blue Cate makes one that does too, as well as Hofa (which is kind of pricy for what it is.) The most simialr workflow overall would be Melda Mequalizer (paid version). Melda Manalyzer let's you store your own graphs for example.

If TBC really is all you're after I'd at least demo it 1st. Some people like it, I prefer a standard FFT analyzer which ultimately does the same job if you get to know it.)

(But again, I find TBC a little awkward to work with. And you can make your own TBC curves by importing audio files. What is useful is the ability to create a little separation by EQing two conflicting instruments in opposite directions from one UI to, (instead of having to manage two separate EQs). And the factory graphs are generic meaning they're ok, but might not necessarily be ideal depending on the style you work in. I've tinkered with it and found it's the kind of plugin where you could chase your tail trying to make things match a graph.
